We understand that life happens and things come up, and there are times that you are unable to keep your appointment. We respectfully ask that you please give us a 24 HOUR NOTICE, if you need to cancel or reschedule.
If you cancel your appointment with less than the 24 Hours required or you are a No Show to your appointment, your card saved on file will be charged 50% of your scheduled services.
If there are reoccurring cancellations or no shows, you will be required to prepay 100% of your scheduled appointment.
REFUNDS and RETURN POLICY:
Refunds are not given on services. NO EXCEPTIONS. We guarantee our work. If you are unhappy with the service you
received, we ask that you reach out within 24 Hours of your appointment. We will be happy to discuss any needed adjustments. We will make adjustments on services that were not executed to normal Headcases standards. If you (the guest) change your mind on your service choice, that adjustment may require added charges.
CHILDREN at the SALON:
We ask that you do not bring children to the Salon unless they have an appointment. This allows for a relaxing
experience for both you and all of our guests.
